#45 Go with the flow

bubbl.us would be great during team training session maybe instead of the butcher paper. bubbl.us also would be useful for mapping out essays or research papers instead of numerous bits of paper.

Flowchart.com is a good way to create flowchart online. No software to install or downloads. An advantage is that you can collaborate with your colleagues in real-time when creating your flowchart. All collaborating parties can chat and design a flowchart at the same time.
Gliffy.com is a great free tool that lets you not only create flowcharts but also allows you to create floorplans throughout your house with virtual furniture.

#44 Nag yourself

I'm not too sure have difficult Jott.com is to use and how accurate the system is with voice recognition but with access to mobile phones and email, I don't know if I would use this system.

#42 Google Groups / Usenet

I have only recently came back to Google newsgroups due to a few good Google parenting newsgroups. I have found Newsgroups to be useful as they allow you to post a message asking for advice or a place to come and discuss ideas. But the disavantage of the newsgroups is, (as displayed on soc.libraries.talk) the newsgroup can be filled with advertisments and also there can be a lot going on and your post can get missed or even not answered.

#32a Box.net

Box.net is a very useful tool that allows you to upload files (documents, spreadsheets, imagines)to your own web space, which you can access from any computer. Plus the advantage of having Zoho to edit documents online instead of having to re up-load new versions.
